This client sourced his own shell and shipped it with a refreshed colour-coded K20 engine with the engine cover and sump amongst many parts matched to the RAL code for the chassis. The shell unfortunately was not a great as hoped, as although it appeared solid, a media blast revealed a number of botched repairs and poorly fitted panels including the roof panel.

The shell ended up with a new floor, rear quarter panels, rear panel and doors. The roof was replaced as although a carbon roof was going to be fitted, you cannot clean inside the seams so we wanted to ensure no unpleasant surprises down the line. This is our most carbon fibre intensive build to date with the roof, bumper, boot, bonnet and countless accessories providing a stunning contrast to the Steel Grey exterior.

The engine has had a Rotrex C30 supercharger fitted and pushes out circa 340 BHP through an LSD equipped 6 speed gearbox. A pair of custom leather seats and leather dashboard with matching orange stitching further enhances the uniqueness of this Mini.
